At Dubble, we keep shipping simple, affordable, and transparent. No hidden fees—just clear rates and reliable service across Australia.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally upon request.
Delivery Rates by Location:
Queensland (QLD): Free shipping for E-Bikes. $12 flat rate for orders under $150. Free shipping on orders $150 and over (excluding E-Bikes).
New South Wales (NSW): $99 flat rate for E-Bikes. $12 flat rate for orders under $150. Free shipping on orders $150 and over (excluding E-Bikes).
ACT, South Australia (SA), Victoria (VIC): $299 flat rate for E-Bikes. $15 flat rate for orders under $250. Free shipping on orders $250 and over (excluding E-Bikes).
Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), Western Australia (WA): $399 flat rate for E-Bikes. $15 flat rate for orders under $250. Free shipping on orders $250 and over (excluding E-Bikes).
Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within QLD and 5–12 business days for other states. Larger items like E-Bikes may take longer due to manual handling. During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday), bulky orders may take up to 20 business days.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (if in stock). We dispatch Monday to Friday only. Please allow up to 16 business days before contacting us about a delayed order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless arranged in advance for small items under 20kg via Australia Post.
Pick-up is available from our Mermaid Beach location on the Gold Coast. E-Bike assembly is optional for an additional $150. Let us know in advance if you'd like your bike assembled.
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available to receive your order, a redelivery fee may apply. For best results, send your order to an attended address or nominate a trusted contact (e.g. friend, family member, local bike shop) to receive it.
Make sure your delivery address is accurate—we can’t refund or replace items lost due to incorrect details.
For remote or island locations, extra shipping charges may apply. If this applies to you, please contact us for a quote. International shipping is also available—reach out to our team for rates.
Return shipping is not covered by Dubble. If your order arrives damaged, take photos and have the courier record the damage on delivery. We guarantee delivery and will replace lost items, but we are not liable for delays or rescheduled deliveries.
