Can the Dubble eBike really fit two riders comfortably?

Yes! Both the Sumo and Shorty eBikes are engineered with an extended seat and frame geometry to comfortably carry two adults. No squeezing, no awkward rides — just smooth, shared adventures.

Are Dubble bikes street legal?

All Dubble Bikes models feature a maximum continuous power of 500 watts at 25 km/h and can support up to 180 kg. We at Dubble Bikes understand this to meets NSW EPAC standards. The power output can be further restricted by limiting speed if needed. Throttles are intended for private property use only and should be disabled in public spaces. E-bike regulations differ slightly by state, so always review local laws regarding use on roads, footpaths, shared pathways, bike lanes, or cycling paths.

In February 2023, the NSW Minister for Metropolitan Roads amended the Road Transport Act 2013, increasing the permitted e-bike motor power on public roads from 250 watts to 500 watts under the Road Transport Legislation Amendment (Electric Skateboards and Bicycles) Regulation 2023.

Do Dubble bikes require maintenance?

We recommend servicing once per year or every 750km, whichever comes first.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.

How do I apply a discount code?

We process orders in 1-2 business days, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on our website under the "Track Order" page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in like-new condition
  • All original packaging, parts, and documents must be included
  • No signs of use, riding, or damage

What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dubble.au We are unable to change the shipping address if your order shipped.
