2-Year / 10,000 KM Limited Warranty
Your Dubble eBike is covered by a 2-year or 10,000 km limited warranty (whichever comes first) for the original purchaser in Australia.
What’s Covered
We cover manufacturer defects in:
- Frame
- Battery
- Motor
- Controller
- Display
- Wiring and electronic components
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, tires, grips, chain)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)
- Water damage beyond light rain exposure

Warranty Conditions
- Valid for original purchaser only
- Must provide proof of purchase
- Contact us before arranging any repairs

- All repairs must be authorized by Dubble to maintain coverage.
7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in like-new condition
- All original packaging, parts, and documents must be included
- No signs of use, riding, or damage
How to Return:

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless faulty or incorrect)
Refunds:
- Issued within up to 10 business days of item inspection
- Items not meeting “like-new” standards may be rejected or incur a restocking fee
