Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Dubble, you agree to the following terms:

🔐 Pre-Orders & Estimated Shipping Dates

  • Pre-orders reserve your Dubble eBike before inventory arrives.

  • Full payment is taken at checkout and confirms your order.

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page. These dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier delays, production schedules, or other unforeseen factors.

  • You’ll receive email updates if there are major changes to your expected shipping timeline.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee applies.

  • Cancellations may not be accepted within 14 days of the estimated shipping date.

  • To request a cancellation, email hello@dubble.au with your order number.

📦 Shipping Delays

  • If your bike has not shipped within 14 days of the estimated shipping date, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@dubble.au.

  • Dubble reserves the right to cancel any pre-order at its discretion. If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

🔁 Returns & Warranty

  • All delivered pre-orders are covered by our 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, provided the bike is unused and in like-new condition.

  • Dubble bikes come with a 2-Year / 10,000 KM Warranty, covering major components under normal use.

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law

These terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

⚠️ Liability Disclaimer

Dubble is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from changes to shipping dates. This disclaimer does not override your rights under Australian law.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

Dubble may update these terms at any time. Pre-orders placed after updates go live will be bound by the revised terms.
